The 2023 Miami Latin Dance Championships
MLDC 2023 is now bigger and better than ever. We have moved to a 3-day event that will be hosted at UV Latin Dance Academy - North Miami Beach location. Below, please view the schedule:
Friday, April 28th: Pre-Party and Shows (9pm-1am)
Saturday, April 29th: An afternoon of workshops at UV Latin Dance.
10-12pm: Tech Rehearsal for performers only.
12-1pm: Lecture by Uriel Garcia & Vera Rowe, owners of UV Latin Dance Academy and 9x World Salsa, Bachata & Hustle Champions.
Topic: What does it take to be a champion - The story behind UV Latin Dance.
1pm-2pm: Spin Technique for All Levels
2pm-3pm: Musicality for social dancing. How to interpret the music on the fly. All levels.
Sunday, April 30th: Shows, Competition and After Party. (9pm-12am)
